MANAV Architecture & Interior Design is a young, vibrant design firm based in Calicut, Kerala, co-founded by the talented husband-wife duo — Interior Designer Sachin Sanal and Architect Pooja Sachin. We begin by understanding your vision and project goals. This phase includes client briefing and concept development, bulk and location studies, property evaluation, and feasibility analysis. We also handle resource consent and encroachment applications, and coordinate land surveys and geotechnical investigations to ensure a strong foundation for your project.

Once construction begins, we manage tendering and contractor selection, value engineering, and negotiations. Our team oversees project management, financial tracking, and monitors the work throughout the defects liability period — concluding with a final account assessment.

With a career spanning over two decades, Sachin began his journey in Bangalore and gained significant experience in the Middle East working on flagship projects across various domains. He has also served as Senior Design Manager for Target Corporation (USA) in India. His expertise spans retail, hospitality, recreation, and residential spaces — all infused with a commitment to quality and global design standards
A graduate of a leading Indian university, Pooja began her career in Al Ain (UAE) and expanded her experience working with international firms across the Middle East and India. Her diverse portfolio includes malls, corporate offices, palaces, luxury homes, and master planning projects.
